Winter in the South West doesn't need softening. It needs someone willing to sit and soak it in.

Australia's South West Tourism came to us with a brief built around Dream Deeper, a campaign asking people to stop waiting for summer. We shot through the quieter months, chasing the sensory details that only exist when the crowds are gone. Rain on glass. Low light through timber. The particular stillness of a place that belongs to the people who chose to stay.

The grade uses halation to give the footage warmth without sentiment, that soft bloom around light that makes a frame feel like something half-remembered. Music by Dan White, a local artist whose work already belonged to this place.
